All calls are directed to our central booking office in Pakuranga. Our phones are answered in person during business hours, 7.30am till 4pm, Monday to Friday.

All phones are attended. We will discuss the reported problem and efficiently book a service call out with an agreed arrival time.

Urgent problems are given priority response, we may schedule your job for immediate action, or for a more suitable time that day. We will usually call you prior to dispatching our Tradesperson.

When our Tradesperson arrives on site, they will investigate the reported problem and outline the remedy to you prior to commencing the work.
