Client satisfaction is our business. It is vital to us that our clients receive excellent service from initial contact to completion of the job. All phones are attended. We will discuss the reported problem, and efficiently book a service call out, with an agreed arrival time.

Urgent problems are given priority, we may schedule your job for immediate action, or for a more suitable time the same day. We will work with you to your availability, whenever possible, and if requested, we will call you prior to dispatching our tradesperson, to be sure the mutually agreed arrival timeframe is met.

When our tradesperson arrives on site, the reported problem will be investigated and the work needed outlined/explained, prior to the necessary work commencing.
